An independent crude oil and natural gas exploration and production company headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas. We were founded in 1989 and went public in 1993. Our domestic areas of operations include the Mid-Continent, the Rocky Mountains, onshore Texas and the Gulf of Mexico. Our international areas of operation include offshore Malaysia and China. At year-end 2010, we had total proved reserves of 3.7 Tcfe.
