Our international operations have grown significantly over the last several years. We now have production offshore China and Malaysia. We continue to seek ways to grow our presence in select international areas and plan to invest $155 million overseas, of which approximately 60% is dedicated to the ongoing developments of oil fields offshore Malaysia. We have international offices in Beijing and Kuala Lumpur.
In the third quarter of 2007, we announced the closing of the sale of our interests in the U.K. North Sea for more than $500 million.
